General information

This is the oldest public museum in the Netherlands and features the various items collected by Pieter Teyler from der Hulst, a wealthy merchant and banker during the 18th century. Here you will find paintings, fossils and gem stones as well as a wide variety or instruments used for scientific explorations or his times.
